05 / BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH
A little clarity.
Before the shine.
What does a full detail include?
A full detail is scoped around your vehicle’s interior, exterior and condition. Tell us your priorities and send photos; the team will confirm the specific work included in your quote.
Can paint correction remove every scratch?
No. Suitability depends on the paint condition, remaining clear coat and depth of the defect. Some scratches may need repair or repainting. The team will assess what can realistically be improved before agreeing the work.
Can you remove old vinyl from any vehicle?
We welcome enquiries for all vehicle types, from cars and vans to HGVs and fleets. Vinyl age, adhesive, paint condition and previous repairs affect the work. Share photos so the team can assess suitability and any risks.
How much do specialist services cost?
Detailing, paint correction and vinyl removal are quoted individually. Vehicle size, condition and the agreed scope all affect the price. Use the enquiry form to start a conversation.
Do I need an appointment for a mini valet?
No — our mini valet is a drive-in service and our most popular option. Arrive during opening hours and we’ll get started as soon as a space is available. At busy times there may be a queue. For specialist detailing, paint correction and vinyl removal, contact the team to discuss the work and availability.
